Return & Refund Policy (Molds)
Returns are accepted for unused and unopened molds within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Important notes: Our molds are produced in small batches. Minor variations in appearance may occur and do not affect usability.
Non-returnable items:
• Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of use (including scratches, marks, residue, or handling wear)
• Items returned without original packaging
• Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)
• Clearance / final sale items
Condition of returned items:
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If a returned item shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right (replacement or refund when applicable).
Return shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
