Chocolate Molds (Made to Order)

Our molds are made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled and molds are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you experience an issue with your mold, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos/videos.

We review requests only in the following cases: the mold arrived damaged during shipping, the mold has a manufacturing defect that prevents proper use for making chocolate products, or you received the wrong item.

Used molds are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and product integrity reasons. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution. In most cases, issues can be resolved without requiring a return.


Chocolate Products (Bonbons & Chocolate Bars)

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate products and food safety requirements, all edible items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or you have quality concerns, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will offer a solution.
